1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using pinjamHub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. WHAT PINJAMHUB IS — AND IS NOT

pinjamHub is a financial information and referral platform. We provide calculators, eligibility estimators, and educational content to help Malaysian borrowers make more informed financial decisions, and, at your request, forward enquiries to licensed financing providers on our referral panel.

pinjamHub is NOT:

• A licensed financial adviser under the Financial Services Act 2013 (FSA) or the Islamic Financial Services Act 2013 (IFSA)
• A licensed Islamic financial adviser, a capital-markets adviser under the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 (CMSA), or a unit trust consultant
• A licensed moneylender under the Moneylenders Act 1951
• A bank or deposit-taking institution regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia
• A guarantor of any loan approval or interest rate

Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, a loan offer, or a guarantee of approval. All results generated by our tools are indicative estimates only. Final rates, approvals and terms are determined solely by the licensed financing provider after its own assessment.

3. USE OF OUR TOOLS

Our calculators use inputs you provide to generate estimates based on published guidelines (including Bank Negara Malaysia's responsible financing guidelines). These estimates:

• Are not a substitute for professional financial advice
• Do not account for your full credit history, CCRIS/CTOS profile, or lender-specific policies
• May not reflect the most current interest rates or product terms

Always verify rates, terms, and eligibility directly with the financing provider before making any financial commitment.

4. REFERRAL TO FINANCING PROVIDERS

If you choose to be connected to a financing provider through pinjamHub, you acknowledge:

• pinjamHub may earn a referral fee from the provider upon successful financing
• This referral relationship does not create any obligation on the provider to approve your application
• The financing agreement is solely between you and the provider — pinjamHub is not a party to that agreement
• You should independently review all terms before signing any financing contract

5. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We strive to keep our tools and content accurate and aligned with current BNM guidelines. However, we make no warranty that the information on this Platform is complete, current, or error-free. You use the Platform and rely on its outputs at your own risk.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, tools, and materials on pinjamHub are the intellectual property of PINJAMHUB SDN. BHD. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any part of the Platform without our written permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, pinjamHub and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform or any financing decision you make based on its outputs.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
