1. WHO WE ARE

pinjamHub is a financial tools platform operated by PINJAMHUB SDN. BHD., registered in Malaysia (Company No: CT0072773-M).

2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

We collect the following types of data:

a) Data you enter into our calculators:

• Monthly income
• Monthly financial commitments
• Age and employment type
• Credit card balances and interest rates
• Loan tenure and related borrowing parameters

While you are using the calculators, this data is processed within your browser session to generate your estimates. We do persist a transient calculation record on our servers (linked only to an anonymous session token) so that we can render the result and associated amortisation schedule. This record is not linked to you personally unless and until you submit the callback form.

b) Data you voluntarily provide when you submit a callback request or contact us:

• Name
• Phone number / WhatsApp number
• Email address
• The calculator inputs and outputs from your session (so the provider can contextualise your enquiry)

This data is collected when you submit the callback form, contact us via WhatsApp, or sign up for launch notifications. We will only disclose your details to a financing provider after you have given explicit PDPA consent on the form.

3. WHY WE COLLECT YOUR DATA

We collect and process your data for the following purposes:

• To respond to your enquiries and connect you with appropriate financing options
• To send you updates you have subscribed to (e.g. product launch notifications)
• To improve our tools and services
• To comply with our legal obligations

We will not use your data for any purpose beyond those listed without obtaining your separate consent.

4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR DATA

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with:

a) Licensed financing providers

Only when you explicitly request to be connected to them and have provided separate consent for that transfer. We will always disclose which provider your data is being shared with before any transfer takes place.

b) Service providers acting on our behalf

(e.g. email delivery, web hosting) — bound by data processing agreements and prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

c) Regulatory authorities

Where required by law.

5. REFERRAL FEES

pinjamHub may earn a referral fee from financing providers when you successfully obtain a financing product through our platform. This fee is paid by the provider and does not affect the rates or terms offered to you. We will always disclose this at the point of referral.

6. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER PDPA

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Limit the processing of your personal data
• File a complaint with the PDPC

7. DATA SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit and access controls for any data stored on our systems. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the PDPC in accordance with the PDPA 2024 amendment requirements.

8. COOKIES

We use essential cookies to operate the website and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our tools. You can manage your cookie preferences via the cookie banner on your first visit.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
